Ingredients
150 ml cooking cream
1 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp olive oil
salt
2 tbsp basil (dry)
Method
Cream, mayonnaise, salt, olive oil and basil put in a deep narrow container and broken a blender until a thick homogeneous mixture. Serve chilled.
