Baskets of cheese with vegetables

Ingredients
200 g grated cheese
2 large carrots
1 large eggplant
2 small zucchini
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
oil
salt
basil
pepper optional

Method
Carrots cut into cubes and fry in olive oil. Add the cut larger cubes eggplant and zucchini, confused and put a lid. Aliana, I can offer you an easy way to make the basket. Cut cheese in a circle or a square not too thin, not thick. Spread a small sholichka or cup without handle with a little oil on the outside, turns upside down, place the cheese and put in the oven to soften. Yesterday I made cheese baskets and filled them with boiled Rousse and melted cheese! For garnish mashed potatoes, my husband was delighted! Bravo for a great idea!
