Country fried meatballs

Ingredients
400 g minced meat
1 potato
1 head red onion or 2-3 sprigs fresh
1 beef bouillon cube
savory, parsley
fat frying
Country fried meatballs

Method
Peoria is dissolved in 20 ml warm water and added to the minced meat. Add the grated potato, chopped onion and spices. Everything is kneaded well. Meatballs are fried in very hot oil.
