Ingredients
600-700 g sheep jerky
300-400 g beans
1 onion
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp savory
1 tsp mint
1 tsp paprika
Method
Beans soak overnight, after which the water is discharged, pour new, put it on the stove and boil once again discarded. Beans, pour 1.5 liters of cold water and boiled. Pastrami cut into large pieces, place in a bowl with cold water and leave to stand for 12 hours to be desalinated. Then pour the new water and boiled. In a pan pour the oil in it and fry chopped onion. Sprinkle with paprika and flour and immediately diluted with 2-3 ladles of broth jerk. The mixture was poured into the pan to the beans, and then add the boiled jerky. Boil 20 minutes, place the spices and boil for another 5 minutes. If necessary, add salt. jerky never cooked with beans because it is savory and it will prevent its cooking.

The important thing is to find somewhere sheep pastarma because I have not seen in stores. All sheepmeat in Bulgaria is not very respected / unfortunately /. And I love it.
