Beans in Svilentilski

Ingredients
500 g beans
1-2 onions
2 carrots
1 pepper
pinch of pepper
1-2 pinches of red pepper
salt
1/3 cup sunflower oil
pinch of chopped mint (can dry)
pinch of chopped celery
parsley
250 ml tomato juice
lemon juice of 1/2 lemon

Method
Beans and boiled water is changed 2 times. Assigning the third water put the oil and salt. Keep boiling put the onion, carrot and pepper. If need be added and more water during the boiling. Insert and paprika for color. Throughout try to taste that is cooked beans. Once the vegetables and the beans are cooked, pour the tomatoes. After 10-15 minutes the beans are removed from the heat and put other spices and lemon. It's good food to stand for 3-4 hours (until it cools down).

Well done mate, but it is too early to salt water after the third, sometimes may remain raw. Salt is placed when removed; a spoonful of beans and blows; and start making pants, rather than blast skin undress and then put salt and tomato. Good for you mate :)
