Ingredients
150 g of powdered sugar
2 eggs
60 g butter
1 tsp ammonia soda
1 vanilla
about 1 cup flour
Method
Leave at room temperature butter mix of foam with sugar. Add eggs one at a time, after each was further stirred for 5 minutes. Flavored with vanilla. A solution in 1 tbsp hot water ammonia soda. Then spoon by spoon and add flour, stirring gently with a wooden spoon until a moderately stiff dough. Tearing the dough into balls and each is sharpening crust for noodles. Using a cookie cutter to cut out biscuits, arranged in a buttered baking dish and bake in moderate oven preheated. The dough is baked very quickly taking care not to burn.
