Pita-bread on Christmas Eve

20 g fresh yeast
1 tbsp salt
400 ml water
flour - to make soft dough

Involved dough. Spread in greased baking tray and leave to rise until doubled in volume. Before baking is wetted with water. Bake in preheated moderate oven. The decoration is desired - I do it for decoration dough from flour and salt, and decorate it when already rise before baking.

Chrissy, it is yeast which is shaped above - below as a matchbox. Sold in stores with weight of 42 grams. :)
