Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
# For the cream:
sugar
butter
water
Method
Separate the egg whites and yolks. 1/3 of the sugar is mixed with the egg yolks, and the rest of the egg white. Then mixed, and thereto was slowly added flour, must be stirred with a spoon. Extruded and bake until slightly pinkish. Optional can be stitched together with cream or sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cream is prepared from equal amounts of butter and sugar, and water is 1/2 of the sugar. Reference is sugar syrup and mixed with the butter.
