Blanched potatoes for frying

Ingredients
1 kg peeled potatoes
1.5 liters of water - boiling
1.5 liters of water - cold
Method
In a deep saucepan put water to boil. Pour the potatoes and boil for 1-2 minutes. Remove, drain and soak for 7-8 minutes in cold water. Drain again and it is desirable to unroll on the towel to absorb the water, otherwise stick. Then freeze in the freezer, such as prior to frying is not necessary to thaw until soft.
