1 cup (200 g) semolina
1 and 1/2 cup (300 ml) milk
5 eggs
250 g butter
2 and 1/2 cup (300 g) Flour
salt or sugar
In boiling milk mixed with water in a ratio of 1: 1 was poured in a thin stream semolina, stirring continuously thickens. Allow to cool and mix with eggs and salt or sugar to taste.
