Breaded cutlet gardening

Ingredients
500 g ground meat mixture
2 tsp tomato paste
20 mushrooms
1 onion
30 g butter
2 tbsp grated Parmesan
breadcrumbs
2 eggs
Flour
1/2 tea cup . milk
salt
pepper
parsley
frying oil
cheese.

Method
Chopped meat is kneaded with salt, pepper, parmesan and breadcrumbs 2 tbsp. Onions and mushrooms, finely chopped, sauté in the butter, add the tomato puree and chopped parsley and mix with the meat. 4 are formed patty, rolled in flour and leave a few minutes to maturing. Eggs, milk, a pinch of salt and flour is made thick pancake dough, which are immersed schnitzel, then PANIC in bread crumbs and fry in very heated oil until golden. While hot, to scatter with grated cheese.
