Breaded cutlet of minced meat fish

Ingredients
600 g cleaned fish fillets
30 g butter
flour
breadcrumbs
3 eggs
2 slices of dry white bread without crust
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp tomato paste
lemon juice
salt
parsley
pepper
vegetable oil for frying
Method
Tenderloin grind, sprinkle with lemon juice and salt, kneaded and leave for ten minutes. Add the butter, melted slightly, soaked in milk and squeezed bread, 1 egg, pepper, chopped parsley and tomato paste. The mixture is kneaded very well and its elliptical shape 4 patty which is rolled successively in the flour, the remaining broken eggs and breaded and fried to a dark-yellow color in hot vegetable oil one by one (in order not to cool the fat their simultaneous frying).
