Ingredients
500 g minced meat
1 small onion
5 eggs
salt, pepper, cumin, savory
1 cup flour
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Minced meat is mixed with chopped onion (maybe grated), spices and 3 eggs. Separately, other broken egg with 1 tablespoon water and a pinch of salt. Form is schnitzel hand with melted consistently in flour and egg. Fry in a pan with preheated oil.
