Breaded fish fillet with beer

Ingredients
800 g cleaned from the skin and bones from fish fillet
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup beer
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
lemon juice
salt
pepper

Method
Fillet is cut into 4 slices that are marinated with lemon juice, salt and pepper. After maturing for 10-15 minutes, soaked in batter made from broken beer egg, a pinch of salt, flour and 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Fry in heated vegetable oil until golden color.
