Breaded schnitzel with potato and cheese

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
100 g cheese
2 large potatoes
2 cloves garlic
salt
pepper
2 eggs
Flour
breadcrumbs
frying fat
1 pickle
Method
The meat is kneaded with very finely chopped pickled cucumber, grated cheese and boiled potatoes, crushed garlic with salt, pepper and salt to taste (if dough is rare, added a little bread crumbs). 4 are formed patty, rolled in flour and left to rest, then PANIC (maybe 2 times) in the beaten eggs and breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until golden.
