Ingredients
1 kg minced meat
200 g frozen mix vegetables Russian salad
pepper, savory
6 eggs
200 g flour
250 g sunflower oil for frying
Method
Frozen carrots, potatoes and peas are cooked for about 15-20 minutes. 2 eggs also cooked and finely. Mixed with minced meat with a raw egg, black pepper and savory. The mixture was kneaded well. It formed thick not very long (okolo12-15 cm) meatballs. Dip in flour, then in three (well beaten) eggs and fry. Served with coleslaw or other salad.
