Bulgur with mushrooms and vegetables

Ingredients
250 g bulgur
200 g frozen mushrooms
1 red pepper
60 g fresh peas (clean coat)
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 stalk celery
500 ml broth
50 g butter
salt, white pepper

Method
Mushrooms smothered in the butter over low heat. As soften add chopped, onion, pepper, garlic - strips, fresh peas and celery, finely chopped. Make up some water and when braised vegetables are added and the bulgur. Fry for 2-3 minutes, put spices, pour broth (pre-warmed), put the lid and the pan is removed from the plate until the bulgur absorb all the broth and tender, occasionally stirring.
