Buttercup dried peppers leek

Ingredients
10 slightly dried chili peppers
3 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
2 leeks onion
garlic
vinegar
salt
Method
Peppers are washed, they are cooked, peel and cleaned from the seed and then grind to puree. Add the chopped leeks, chopped garlic and vegetable oil. The mixture is seasoned to taste with salt and vinegar and mix well.
