Buttercup dried peppers with onions - II type

Ingredients
15-20 dried red peppers
4 onions (feathers)
2 tbsp (20 ml) vinegar
2 tbsp (40 ml) vegetable oil
salt
Method
The peppers were washed and boiled, and then are peeled and cleaned of seeds, cut and crushed in a bowl. Apart bruised slightly washed and finely chopped onions feathers, then mixed with chopped peppers, while adding vegetable oil and salt to taste.
