Carrot soup

Ingredients
1 kg carrots
potatoes 3
1 green pepper
1 zucchini
65 g butter
2 cubes chicken broth
1 egg
1/2 lemon
3 tbsp yogurt
Method
Vegetables Peel and cut into almost identical cubes. Place in a saucepan together with the 2nd broth and the butter, boil until soft vegetables (high heat). When the vegetables are cooked Strain. Thickenerta Soup is made from egg, lemon juice and yogurt. Serve with croutons and parsley optional.
