Cauliflower gratin

Ingredients
1 kg cauliflower
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup milk
4 tbsp flour
pepper, salt
5 eggs
200 g cheese
Method
Clean cauliflower pour hot salted water and boil until poluomekvane. Drain and cut into in small pieces. Spread in greased baking pan and pour half the fat. Add beshamelov rare sauce prepared from the remaining oil, flour, milk, eggs, salt and pepper. The dish is baked in a moderate oven for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and served with yoghurt and season salad.
