Cauliflower with tomatoes

Ingredients
1 kg cauliflower
50 g butter
2 onions
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp paprika, salt
3 tomatoes
3-4 garlic cloves
1/2 bunch parsley
Method
Cauliflower is broken into florets and other vegetables finely. Boil the cauliflower in salted water and remove from broth. Fry the onion in the butter. Add flour and stir until it becomes golden. Put pepper and tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes thicken. Add cauliflower and Salt. Add 1 cup broth and dovarete dish. Before removing from heat, add the garlic. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
