Celery smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 head red beet
1/2 cucumber
250 g celery (celery)
1 apple
5-6 almonds

Method
First extract juice from beet, apple and selarito in juicer. Pour the juice into a blender, add the cucumber and almonds (soaked in water for 12 hours). Blend for 1-2 minutes. * Shake is very healthy. * Suitable for breakfast.
