Cherry pie in Saxon

Ingredients
# For the dough base:
500 g flour
1 packet of baking powder
175 g margarine
125 g sugar
pinch of salt
rind of 1 lemon or vanilla powder 2
2 eggs
3 tbsp (30 ml) milk
# For the filling:
1.5 kg cherries
cinnamon
# batter crumbs:
1 cup (200 g) flour
100 g margarine
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
pinch of salt
powdered sugar for sprinkling
Method
Flour and baking powder mix, then add to other products dough base. Spread the dough in the pan, the ends are pulled up. Sour cherries are cleaned and their pit, then placed close over the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon. Of other products make dough, which was ground to coarse crumbs on cherries. Cake bake about 40 minutes in a moderate oven and when cool sprinkle with powdered sugar.

cake is gorgeous, just that I did with blueberry jam instead of cherries. I have tried with wild berries - all options are very nice!
