Chicken fillet Asian

Ingredients
4 chicken fillets
4 cloves garlic
2 stalks lemongrass
1/2 cube vegetable broth
2 tbsp dried ginger
300 ml soy sauce
2 cup sesame sunflower oil
50 ml olive oil
2 tbsp honey
Method
Garlic and lemon grass finely and along with other products to mix the marinade in a bowl. Fillets are covered with the marinade and left in a refrigerator for about 2 hours. Meat baked strong fervor on both sides, 3-4 minutes each. Note that marinated meat becomes ready quickly, so be sure to monitor constantly to not burn. Serve with eggplant and zucchini coated with the same marinade and seal of the BBQ or in the oven.
