Ingredients
1 kg coarse salt
1 chicken
butter spreads

Method
In a small pan pour salt layer 2 cm thick. The chicken is thawed, washed and smeared with butter. Put it on the whole salt. Bake until browned, and can not be reversed. In tray can first put aluminum foil on him to pour salt - so after baking court wash easier.
