Chocolate muffins - II type

225 g flour with bulking
90 g brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp cocoa
pinch of salt
egg 1
2 tsp vanilla extract
100 ml sunflower oil
250 g yogurt
125 g of chocolate bars or broken into small pieces of chocolate

Sift the flour into a bowl and mix it with sugar, baking powder, 2 tbsp cocoa and salt. Make a well in the middle. Break in the egg and add the oil, yogurt and essence. Stir until dough is smooth (by hand, not with a mixer). Add chocolate sprinkles and mix well. Divide the mixture into 12 muffin paper trays and bake in preheated oven until puffed and baked good, but not dried. Bake 15-20 minutes at 160-165 C fan or 180 C without fan (depending on oven). Finished muffins remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining cocoa while they are still hot.
