Chocolate-walnut cake

Ingredients
120 g couverture chocolate
200 g butter
4 eggs
200 g sugar
vanilla
200 g flour
1 tsp yeast
200 g ground walnuts
Method
Melting chocolate in a water bath with the butter. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla and then add the melted chocolate. Confuse yeast with flour and little by little add to the mixture. Last add minced meat walnuts. Pour into a greased and floured pan and bake about 40 minutes at 180 C.
