Ingredients
1 kg carrots
300 ml mineral water
juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
ice cubes
Method
Carrots drain with juicer. Add honey, mineral water, lemon juice and parsley. Mix well and serve immediately with ice cubes.
