Coconut Chicken

Ingredients
1 small chicken
80 g butter
2 tbsp coconut
4 tbsp yogurt
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground koriadar
1 clove garlic
pinch ground ginger
salt
Method
Chicken cut into pieces, washed, dried and salt it. Onions, cut into slices, fry until golden part of the butter and subtract. Add the remaining butter and fry it from all sides chicken. Once browned, add coconut and spices. Finally, put fried onions and yogurt. Dish stir, cover with lid and stew on low heat until the meat is tender and remain just butter. Serve with a side of rice.
