Coconut layered cake with cream

Ingredients
# For the base:
7 egg whites
250 g grated coconut
2 cup ground walnuts
1 cup sugar
# For the cream:
250 g butter
1 cup sugar
4 tbsp cocoa
7 yolks
1/2 cup water
# For syrup:
1 cup milk
Method
Whip of snow mixer. Added sugar. As well shatter add coconut flour and the walnuts. Pour into cake form with a diameter of about 25-28 cm on baking sheet greased with sunflower oil. Bake for 40 minutes. Cool base is cut in half and syrupy with slightly warmed milk. For the cream: yolks are broken down into a water bath to graying. Water, sugar and cocoa are cooked to melt the sugar. Cool and add a thin stream with constant stirring with the mixer to the yolks. Finally, mix with the broken foam butter. Spread the bases and cake on top and garnish optional.
