Meatball Islim kebab

500 g minced meat
1 large eggplant
2 tomatoes
1-2 green peppers
1 onion
100 g cheese
300 g of tomato paste
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp pepper
2-3 cloves of garlic
4-5 sprigs of parsley
sunflower oil

Eggplant cut lengthwise, add salt and leave to drain the black water. Pepper, onion and garlic are finely in large pieces, put in a blender and cut finely. Mixed with minced meat, add salt, pepper, parsley and cumin and kneaded well. Allow to stand for some time to be spiced up. Eggplant was washed and dried, and then cut into thin slices. Put on the Cross and to be put on ball of meat, lift both ends of the eggplants (ball screw) and pins with a toothpick. Top put circle tomato, pepper on it. Pour on top and around them with fat, add salt and bake at 220 C. After 15-20 minutes pour tomato puree mixed with 1 tbsp flour. On top of the stick pins are one slice of cheese and dopicha. Sprinkle with parsley and basil.

neshto recipe is not complete, hardness of eggplant will not allow zavivanvto

eggplant cut into thin slices which allows to bend a little, and when removing water he poomekva less. I think I, whither .. :)
