5 boiled eggs
90 g feta cheese
100 g cottage cheese with 5% fat
25 g feta cheese Philadelphia Light
40 g green, red and yellow pepper
25 g ground walnuts

From the roll to produce about 10 pieces. One piece can make a snack or appetizer. Two pieces may form the basis of the light main meal. In a bowl mix your chopped eggs, crumbled feta cheese, the cottage cheese, light feta cheese. Use a fork or stir with your hands. Sprinkle a large plate with a piece of the walnuts. Shape the mixture as a roll on the big plate. It is easier to work on household foil. Sprinkle with remaining walnuts and garnish tightly with pre-cut peppers. Formed with additional arms and tightens in fthe oil. Allow to stand for 2 hours in the refrigerator. When serving decorate with remaining peppers. Serve chilled. * I usually do a double dose and not a problem and do not meet exactly the proportions of the products.
