Ingredients
4 yolks
200 ml milk
500 g lard
1 cup sugar
20 g yeast
flour
# For the filling:
4 egg whites
3-4 tbsp sugar
1 cup ground walnuts
Method
Knead dough by pour the yeast with warm milk and add other products. The dough rises half an hour. Sugar and egg whites are broken down into the snow, add the walnuts and mix. Shape balls stuffed with walnut mixture. The ends of each ball is pressed to close the filler. Bake, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
