Ingredients
          # For the cookies:
          6 eggs
          2 cup sugar
          1 cup melted lard
          1 cup yogurt
          15 g ammonia soda
          vanilla
          lemon
          flour
          # For the cream:
          900 ml milk
          3-4 tbsp sugar
          50-60 g chocolate
          60 g butter
          cocoa

          red paint sweet
          sweet yellow paint

          Method
              The cookies: In the yogurt add ammonia soda and mix well. In a bowl mix eggs, sugar, melted lard, yogurt, add the vanilla and zest of 1/2 lemon. Confuse everything well with a mixer and begin to gradually add flour and interfere until a soft dough. Appropriate tray greased with sunflower oil and dough balls are made of the same size as walnut (if you want the cookies to be small to make smaller balls, and if you want to be big bigger balls). All balls are arranged at a distance from one another, because inflate and should not be touching. Bake in preheated oven at 200C.   Once the cookies are ready let them cool and cut a hole in each of the balls will then be filled with cream, and these cuttings will be used for the cream.     Cream: In a pot add milk and sugar and vrim low heat. Grated chocolate and cocoa together add them to the mixture on the stove. Then add clippings beads to the mixture. Add the butter and mix well until a smooth cream.     Fill the baked balls with cream and glued them together. Once all the balls are glued and have the shape of a peach roll them in dissolved dyes sweet (paints dissolve indication of their bag or bottle). Peach half in yellow paint and the other half in red, roll in sugar and arrange a suitable dish. The cookies can be decorated with small green leaves.
