2 cups (500 g) flour
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1/2 cup (100 ml) milk
1 cup (200 g) finely crumbled feta cheese
1/2 tsp (3 g) salt
caraway or sesame seeds for sprinkling
On products evening knead a soft dough. The next day the dough is rolled into a sheet of about 1 cm thick, which is cut into long sticks. Pretzels are coated with beaten egg, sprinkle with caraway seeds or sesame seeds and bake in a hot oven.
