Cream glucose

Ingredients
1 jar glucose
3 cups (600 g) sugar
6 egg whites
1 cup (200 ml) water
Method
Water, glucose and sugar were boiled for 20 minutes. To the resulting syrup while still hot, add a trickle beaten egg whites. The mixture was stirred vigorously for 5-6 minutes. A thick foam byalya as halva.
