Cream soup with broccoli with blue cheese

Ingredients
2.5 kg frozen broccoli
200 g blue cheese
bread 1
200 g cooking cream
Method
Frozen broccoli are placed in boiling water for about 10 minutes. Then drained from the hot water and blending, while the passage is added in a little cold water and cream - the objective is to make broccoli creamy soup. The bread is cut into slices, and they in small cubes, then fry in a little butter or baked in a pan or under the grill. Separately in a dish put the croutons and served with soup, sprinkled with grated blue cheese.
