Ingredients
1 kg yoghurt
50 g sugar
1-2 tbsp cocoa
lemon peel
1 packet gelatin
1 cup juice compote
Method
Milk, sugar, cocoa and grated lemon zest is mixed and stirred. Juice compote slightly heated and it dissolves gelatin. Once the gelatin has dissolved well, add to the milk mixture. Optional garnish with fruit or nuts. Allow to cool until firm.
