Cupcakes with chocolate-coconut cream

Ingredients
# For the cupcakes:
200 g flour
100 g butter
1 yolk
1 tsp baking powder
1 vanilla
2-3 tbsp caster sugar
# For the cream:
100 g white chocolate spread
100 g white chocolate (broken into small pieces)
200 ml cream
40 g butter
20-30 g coconut

Method
Flour, baking powder and sift powdered sugar in a bowl. They add the chopped butter. Kneaded briefly, add egg yolks, vanilla and 1 tbsp ice water. Kneads dough. Form a ball, which is wrapped with nylon foil, and placed in a refrigerator for 30-40 minutes. Prepare forms for cupcakes. The dough tear small pieces, which are rolled with a rolling pin circles slightly larger than the forms. The dough is pressed with fingers tightly on the walls and bottom of the trays. Excess batter on top of the molds are removed. The bottom of each thus formed tartlet is pricked with a fork. Bake in preheated 180 C oven to acquire a light golden color. Leave to cool and filled with cream. Cream is prepared by the two types of chocolate are melted together with the cream and the butter in a water bath. Removed from heat and add coconut. Allow to cool slightly and distributed in baked cupcakes. Top decorated with white chocolate and shredded coconut colored.
