Curry caviar eggs

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 tbsp curry powder
1 clove garlic
250 g mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
pepper
salt
Tabasco sauce
Method
Eggs, curry powder and crushed garlic crushed in court. Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice and parsley. Mix well. Add salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce to taste. The mixture is poured into a suitable container and allowed to cool in a refrigerator. Serve as many as four hours after preparation.
