Cutlet of minced meat and oatmeal or semolina

Ingredients
450 g minced meat mixture
150 g dry oatmeal or semolina
1-2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp tomato paste
salt
pepper
caraway
frying fat
# For the sauce:
1 tsp flour
2 tsp tomato paste
1 tsp mustard
1 cup broth
lemon juice
pinch of sugar
salt

Method
Chopped meat is kneaded with oatmeal or semolina, tomato paste, salt, caraway, pepper and 4-5 tbsp water. Allow to rest in a cool for one hour. 4 are formed patty, rolled in flour and fry in very hot oil by slice. Remove to a warm plate. The rest of the frying fat sprinkle the flour and add other products to the sauce. Boil the sauce and boil for 4-5 minutes, then served in a sauce-boat.

I did half minced with oatmeal, half a meal. It is not something new for me because often replace bread in meatballs with oatmeal or semolina. I tried to see how we will get if added onion mixture and it cutlet I like - not as dry. I was booked to the sauce, in particular the combination of tomato paste and lemon juice. It turned out great sauce and next time will increase!
