Ingredients
100 g of dandelion leaves
3-4 garlic cloves
1/2 lemon
1 carrot
5 chopped walnuts
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Method
Dandelion leaves are soaked in salted water, squeeze and finely. Add the crushed garlic with salt and chopped sorrel with zest, grated carrot and chopped walnuts. Stir and taste with mayonnaise.
