1 cup peas - fresh or thawed frozen
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 - 1 tsp grated ginger root
3 tbsp lime juice
1/3 cup chopped fresh coriander
cayenne pepper, salt

Peas, the walnuts, ginger, lime juice and coriander ground with blender, food processor or chopper, adding a little water - 4-5 tbsp until the desired consistency (I I prefer it more coarse and thick). Season with cayenne pepper and salt to taste.
