Dolmas with fresh cabbage - III type

Ingredients
1 cabbage (about 2.5 kg)
750 g minced meat
1 stalk leek
1/2 cup (100 g) rice
pepper
celery leaves
1 tsp (5 g) Kim
1 bouillon cube
500 g tomatoes
Method
On cleaned and washed cabbage split the book and put it in a pot with water to boil until soft . Separate the leaves and remove the hard part about the book. The leaves are ready to wrap. Chop finely and add to it minced meat, rice, pepper, finely chopped celery leaves, Kimball, add a little water with dissolved in it bouillon cube and kneaded by hand. In each leaf put 1 tbsp of stuffing and rolls dolmaschka. The bottom of the pot is placed cut core of cabbage, top rank the dolmas, pour with grated tomatoes and topped with a plate. Boil on low heat.
