Egg tea

Ingredients
2 eggs
6 tbsp (60 g) sugar
1/2 lemon
500 ml a strong decoction of tea
Method
1 egg white, 2 egg yolks, sugar and lemon juice are broken well. Add brewed tea. The mixture was placed in a water bath and stirred to foam. Pour into warmed bowls and serve immediately.
