Eggplant with cheese

Ingredients
800 g eggplant
200 g cheese
2 eggs
100 g butter
salt
garlic
yogurt
Method
Eggplants are washed and cleaned from the seeds. Then immersed for several minutes in boiling, salted water, then drain. Hard-boiled eggs finely and mix with grated cheese and 40 g of melted butter. Eggplants are filled with the mixture. Put them in a buttered baking dish, sprinkled with butter and baked. Garlic and yogurt is served as extra sauce.
