Eggplant with feta cheese oven

Ingredients
150 g feta cheese
4 eggplants
6 tomatoes
4 tbsp sunflower oil
30 g butter or margarine
salt
pepper
parsley
Method
Peel and cut into thick slices of eggplant Add salt and is left to drain for 30 minutes. Fry in a hot sunflower oil, until they poluizparzheni. Arrange in layers in a baking dish, as between them they put tomato slices. The dish is baked 30 minutes, sprinkle with finely grated feta cheese, ground pepper, parsley and pieces of butter and bake another 10 minutes.
