Ingredients
1 1/2 cups vegetable broth
4 eggs
1/2 leeks
100 g feta cheese
1/2 cup Rice
2 tbsp olive oil
salt

Method
Rice and broth mix and cook until soft rice. Add the chopped leeks and salt. The dish is divided into 4 bowls Jena. With back of spoon shaped nest in rice, which clicks in 1 egg. Top Grate the feta cheese. Bake in preheated oven. The dish is ready when the yolk hardens and turns white egg white. Serve garnished with fresh vegetables or as a side dish to meat dishes.
