2 slices of ham
2 slices of black bread
2 kashkavalcheta sandwich or 50 g grated cheese
pinch of fenugreek
pinch samardala, finely minced meat or savory salt
4 tbsp sunflower oil for frying

With the tip of a sharp knife, cut circles of the slices so that they remain only sheet as thin frames. The oil is placed in a Teflon pan and then immediately and peel slices, gently tap the eggs inside and fry until ready very low heat. Once the eggs are ready are removed from the pan and served on slices of ham, sprinkled with fenugreek and samardala and sealed with cheese. For garnish can be served on a long cut and peeled cucumbers.
